The Open Space Committee was established by Town Council in September of 2004 with the goal of developing an Open Space Plan for the Town of Ledyard. After researching and reviewing existing regulations, the Committee presented a proposed plan in August of 2006. In 2008, the proposed plan was referred to the Planning Commission for comment and the Commission is soliciting response from town residents related to the plan.
You can view the proposed Open Space Plan on the Town’s website . The supporting Open Space Map is also available for viewing. The Planning Commission is interested in your comments related to the proposed plan.
