The Town of Ledyard Planning Commission, with the assistance of the Department of Planning & Development, reviews and approves subdivision plans and the capital improvement program. It is also responsible for updating the Plan of Conservation and Development and providing comment on plans proposed by other commissions that impact planning and development within the Town.

The Planning Commission meets on the 1st Thursday at 7:30 pm in the Council Chambers in the Town Hall Annex.
